Return Policy
- Return Window: We accept return requests within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Condition of Items: Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, with all tags and original packaging intact.
- Return Authorization: Customers must contact us at info@crazythegod.shop to obtain a return authorization and return shipping label before sending back any items.
- Shipping Costs: Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Restocking Fee
A 30% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items from the final sale collection are not eligible for return or refund.
Customs and Taxes
The sold price of items does NOT include any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees. Buyers are responsible for covering these costs, if applicable, upon receiving their package.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at info@crazythegod.shop with your order details to request a return authorization.
- Once approved, we will provide you with instructions on where to send your package.
- Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed once the returned items have been inspected and approved.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus the 30% restocking fee.
- Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
